What is So What? Fitness
So What? Fitness is me. Anthony. I'm a group fitness instructor based in Grand Forks, ND. After a lifetime of struggles with weight and an irrational dislike of the gym, I came upon a program called DDPY Fitness (fka DDPYoga). This inclusive, adaptive exercise program gave me the tools to own my life and lose 60 pounds in the process.
I believe in the program so much that I decided to get certified to teach it to others! DDPY combines yoga asanas, sports rehab therapy techniques, and old-school cardio to give you a high-energy, kickass workout that you can do anywhere!
